The day can end without becoming a trial.

You do not need to prosecute yourself tonight.

You do not need to solve every unfinished thing before sleep.

You do not need to hold the entire world in consciousness.

The Father is not waiting at the edge of the bed with accusation.

The Father is the ground beneath your breath.

Tonight, choose one of three paths.

If you feel afraid, listen to Return Without Fear.

If your mind is loud, listen to The Father Beneath the Noise.

If you need to bring something into truth, listen to Let the Fire Take Only the Lie.

Sleep is not failure.

Sleep is creatureliness accepted.

The creature rests because the Creator remains awake.

Let the body stop.

Let the mind release its courtroom.

Let the heart return beneath the veil.

You are allowed to rest.
