Second Humanity. When Religion Has Wounded You. If religion has wounded you, do not rush to explain the wound away. Let it be named. Perhaps the wound came through fear. Perhaps through control. Perhaps through hypocrisy. Perhaps through a community that spoke of love but practiced exclusion. Perhaps through leaders who used God's name to protect themselves. Perhaps through doctrines presented without mercy. Perhaps through the slow suffocation of a soul that was never allowed to ask the real question. The wound matters. Do not let anyone make you prove that it hurt. But also hear this: The wound is not the Source. The distortion is not the Father. The misuse of holy language is not holiness itself. Second Humanity does not ask you to pretend religion did no harm. It asks whether, beneath the harm, the Father may still be better than the system that obscured Him. The Master came into a deeply religious world. There were scriptures. There were teachers. There were temples. There were prayers. There were moral categories. There was seriousness. And still, He had to reveal the Father. This means religion can preserve language while losing face. It can keep the word God and forget the tone of love. It can defend holiness while becoming unlike the Holy One. So if you are angry, bring the anger. If you are tired, bring the exhaustion. If you cannot pray, bring the silence. If you cannot enter the old rooms, do not force the door. The Father is not confined to the room that harmed you. The Father is not threatened by your honesty. He is not asking for the return of your performance. He is inviting the return of your being. Quietly say: I honor the truth of the wound. I refuse to confuse the wound with the Source. I ask to see the Father beneath religion. This may take time. Let it take time. The Father is not hurried. Healing that has to be forced is still under the grammar of coercion. And the Father does not heal by coercion. Return only as you can. But do not let the caricature have the final word. Second Humanity.
